My daughter is of 3.5 years old .Please suggest her some tips to gain her weight.

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 3.5 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 to 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
