Q.

My daughter is of 2 yrs, she is having extreme constipation issue. pls suggest something to get rid of it permanently

A. it's not matter of concern ..my baby goes through d same situation ...it's happens with lack of fibre intake give him more solids than the formula milk

A. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibrce diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child. You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child efrom the pain. Constipatio n usually decreases with increasing age of the child and medicines give only symptomatic relief.

A. Diet. To soften the stools and make them easier to pass, increase the amount of non-dairy fluid and fiber your child gets each day. High-fiber foods include fruits and fruit juices that contain sorbitol (prune, mango, pear), vegetables (broccoli, peas), beans, and whole-grain breads and cereals.
