Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibrce diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child.
You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child efrom the pain.
Constipatio n usually decreases with increasing age of the child and medicines give only symptomatic relief.

High-fiber foods include fruits and fruit juices that contain sorbitol (prune, mango, pear), vegetables (broccoli, peas), beans, and whole-grain breads and cereals.
