Q.
my daughter is now 9 months old.. her birth weight is 3.2kg now she is 6.2kg. her physical and developmental activities are good but she is not attaining optimum weight. I am giving homemade rice dal powder porridge with veggies, banana powder porridge, ragi with apple porridge, Dalia porridge.. should I switch to commercial packed cereal or continue with this food routine?

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. after 6 months she used to poop loosely. doctor suggested to do stool test she is positive for lactose intolerance so he told us to not include any dairy products in her diet. also told me to avoid to avoid dairy products in my diet. then can I add ghee to her food?

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
