my daughter is now 2 yr 4months.but still she speaks only few words like baba mama mummy . is it necessary for speech therapy

AAMom of 2 children3 years agoA. After two years they will try to say everything... It may not be clear but still they will try... After 3 years most of the kids can talk properly.. Always talk to your kids from the day they are born... So they can listen ... Once they can uderstand may b after 1 year..ask them questions and make it a two way communication. .. And try to explain how everything is around them... And let them ask questions.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. wait for some time as babies will start speaking around 2 to 3 years.. keep encouraging the baby break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle with same age groups
