Q.

my daughter is having severe cough and she is given medicine by her doctor. yesterday by afternoon she developed temp . I gave paracetamol. today temp is 100 what can be done to reduce the temp

A. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 99 f (37 c) or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavityz of the child and if it is 100 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given. along withz paracetamol continue body sponge and keep the child in light clothes. paracetamol can be repeated maximum four times per day
