my baby 4half month baby has 99 to100 temp, which comes and go, as referred by doctor we giving him metacin. but he has cough also.

Along with that ,I would suggest to apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child Which will give instant relief in cold and cough.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
