Q.

My daughter is having pain in right knee. Her weight is 9.5 kg.. she is active but lean.. is it any calcium or vitD issue? She cries after showing pain in the knee.

A. Hello dear parent! Can be growing pains. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Try warm compress on the paining area. Good luck and take care.
