Q.

My daughter is having a lot of dandruff and itching all over her head. And the dry and dead skin over her head is very hard and can't be removed. what do I do to relieve her?

A. consult your dermatologist for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area

A. hi it is caused by dry scalps. so I advise to do oiling regularly . for that ,I advise to use pure coconut oil. give head massage with it on daily basis which definitely help to keep the scalps well hydrated. use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair.
