My daughter is getting severe cough only In night continuously.... in day time she s normal but has runny nose how should this be treated plz help

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a  viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine wrhich should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fefver and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Give turmeric milk twice daily 
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Use saline nasal drops 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
