Q.

My daughter is four months old.. after covid my milk supply has become much lesser and also she is not satisfied everytime i try to feed her. Can i switch to formula?

A. Dear mum, more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase milk supply. However, in spite of trying, if your breastmilk supply is low, then you can give formula.
