Teething must be happening with your child because that is most common symptom that you can see when a child starts to have teeth so I think probably that’s the only reason which is why your child is drooling quite a lot so start with homeopathic tablet number 21 massage that comes gently with a soft and a wet cloth and also introduce her Teether to your child that will help
