my daughter is 8 month old now but she is 3month premature, I breastfeed her follow with dexolac in every 4hour. from 4-5 days sometimes she sounds like she have constipation but she don't have constipation than why she sounds like it?

sometimes this can continue for one year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectumc of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why thec child is crying
if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination
