my daughter is 7months and is putting her hand in ears again and again and little discharge also from ears..

Your baby might be having an ear infection and that’s why the behavior is like this.
You have to consult your ent specialist for more evaluation and treatment

In response to the infection, fluid builds up behind the eardrum.
