My daughter is 6months old she is preterm baby her birth weight was 2.280kgs. Now her weight is 6kgs. is this her ideal weight? Now can we start giving her solid foods

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can start if she is able to Balance her head and is also able to sit atleast with support , without any sign of discomfort as such then it’s fine you can start with weaning foods .
