My daughter is 6 yrs she is not gaining weight she s very thin n we are pure veg so plz can u suggest something

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 6 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food

A. Make your kids have some healthy rotis and parathas with healthy grains like jowar, bajra, nachni. Avoid using maida in their Indian breads as that is unhealthy weight gain. Bajra flour is high in protein and is a complete protein for vegetarians when combined with dal.
