my daughter is 6 yrs old and got mouth ulcers, can u plz suggest ne syrup

you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.
this will only help p in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem.
give fluids to the child.
see that child is not suffering from constipation

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
