Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there isx no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean thez area with soap and water

Atogla cream you should apply as of now that should help but also get it checked with the doctor because at this age they could be various reasons associated with that so if any other particular medication would be required the doctor would advise you accordingly
