my daughter is 5 years old! she is very lean and skinny!! Her weight is 16kg and 113cm tall! how to increase her weight, tried all the methods of giving high calorie food, pls can u suggest some routine foods to increase her weight

A. Your child is just to KG is underweight so you can go ahead with giving more a vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein to the child that’s going to be very helpful along with that focus upon proper healthy fat like Desi ghee and butter and routine food you should be giving whatever you giving just to be on the safer side please get the haemoglobin levels tested for the child
