my daughter is 5 years old, she is suffering with a nose block due to adenoids and we have been using metaspray and metatop nosal sprays since one year. Those are steroids can we use those spays or is there any alternative, please suggest

A. Mam first you have to check what is the grade of adenoid that your child is having because these prices are only going to help you to quite an extent they are not going to give a permanent relief and you can give it alternate it’s not a problem but it’s end of the day you are pushing in too much of steroids to the body of your child which is not healthy
