Q.
My daughter is 5 years old and active and having normal weight and height. I want to know that how much milk is necessary for the child at this age group? I am giving her Amul Buffalo Milk.

At least half a litre should be given to the child per day morning and evening how we give it because the kids go to the school and they have milk in the evening after coming back and then dinner so mostly I would say two times in the day you should definitely go for about 500 ML
