set a positive example for your child, by having all healthy foods. create a conducive environment for building healthy eating habits.
offer choice between two fruits, any one of which you may want him to try.
you yourself eat the fruit that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try
don't be pushy, but be gently encouraging.
remember it's a phase it will pass

Try giving to the child where in you can go ahead with giving really good amount of fruit milk shakes or fruit movies do the child because that way you will be able to include good amount of fruits and do the dairy products that you are giving for fruit would be a good option that wayWrite Your Answer Here
