Q.

My daughter is 5 year old and we are trying for second child since 8 months .These many years I was getting periods 5 days before every month's. But from last month I got periods 3 days before and this month 2 days before. Please understand the question and answer me why is it so?

A. whenever you are getting stressed out for anything the periods May change the regular rhythm due to stress which causes hormonal changes so try to remain cool and follow a Healthy lifestyle to conceive

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to hormonal imbalances and better to evaluate once with your local gynaecologist in person and without proper evaluation it is quite difficult to say anything about it. Take care
