Q.

My daughter is 5 months old. She goes for poo once a week.. Its semi-solid and normal yellow color. Please let us know if anything is abnormal

A. it is normal.for the baby .No need to worry for this . It is common at this age as been seen . Just wait for some days but if the problem remain as such then consult a doctor for the same .
