my daughter is 5 month old but since yesterday she's having fever n watery eyes.... we had given her paracetamol but she continues to cry ..

It Could be some another discomfort as well since you’ve given paracetamol wants to the child I would advise you to get a check with your doctor as well because the baby is too small you will not be able to judge the entire situation on your own apart from fever if there’s anything so better get it assessed with your doctor
