Q.

My daughter is 5 month and 13 days old now.. When she is held in our arms, she is trying to stand stamping on our stomach or our palm.. She rolls by herself and has not started to sit by herself.. She can hold her head high and tries to crawl.. As she is trying to stand, can we give her a walker now? Is it true that it will bend her legs if we give her walker now..??

A. avoid walker at any stage it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury. it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay in the walking milestone of the child. the child doesn't learn to walk because the child feels that they have to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk avoid using walker if possible.
