Q.

my daughter is 4 years old. she has 13 weights...she has no weight gain..so many foods prepare for her weight gain..no.use.not work well.always her is 13....can you give a food chart for my daughter for weight gain..,

A. a balanced diet with variety of food groups: grains and millets pulses legumes/egg non veg seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetable fruits milk and milk products 500ml 3 meals and two healthy snacks include protein source in every meal
