Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. Yes fg. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins

For this the best way is to go ahead with nebulising the child since your child is four years plus you can do it 3 to 4 times in the day regular saline water if you use and if you would want to use any medication you can check with your doctor and you can nebulise two times in the day with those medicines
