A. dear mum, weight of 5.5 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.7 kg. for healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. A minimum of 400 g is considered I really right age for every month so currently the video of your child is good enough Iru not have to worry about the weight gain of the child like and share this pretty much and please and it is going good only
