Do milk cream massage before bath or oil massage.
Apply baby lotion/moisturizer after bath.
Give frequent feeds every two hours and mother have to take more water, fluids as it is winter intake of water, fluids will be reduced.
If you observe rashes, pimples spreading then consult pediatrician.
