my daughter is 4.9yrs old. she is having social anxiety. she does not take part in school cultural activities. in gatherings she started crying. plz help how to deal

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal among children. Do not worry. As she will,go to school everyday she will learn to make friends also take her to park everyday so that she gets more exposure. And more chances to make friends. Good luck and take care

Q. Hello Doctor, My 2.5 year old daughter, has been going to playschool since 4.5 months. But she doesn't interact with kids, teachers and also doesn't show interest in the activities in school. She gets disturbed and cries when the teachers try to involve her in any activity. But she is comfortable with parallel play in our apartment play area. Her other activities and speech is good. She had a lot of stranger anxiety until she joined school, and we see lot of improvement since she started school. Should we be concerned with her social behavior?
