My daughter is 4.6 yrs old. She constantly says she has ear pain. Any suggestions for it please recommend

A. hello can be due to ear infection and it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination of the same and advise you accordingly and would be safe absolutely nothing to worry about
