My daughter is 4.5 months old can I try to make her sit with the help of pillows? or should I wait for 6 months?

You may try to make her sit using pillows after her age of about six months.
Give her tummy time daily.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Give her more probiotics and citrus fruits
