my daughter is 3yrs 10months old and she is suffering from cold and that is why feeling blockage in nose while sleeping and it is noisy...not able to give nasivion also as she is not ready for it...plz suggest what should I do

Okay then you should give steam to the child indirectly that way you are not going to do anything to your child when your child is almost on the verge of sleeping or sleeping put a steamer a little bit away to the nose of your child little bit of distance should be there Steam can reach your child that way so that is something which is good that you can do
