My daughter is 3years old. What's the quantity of water we can give for her..?

A. for 3 year old - give 720 to 750 ml per day.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. T At this age kids are really fond of water they can easily have about a litre of water or a little more than that depending upon your child’s liking towards water because by this age kids can very well understand the thirst so they can easily have about 1 L
