You need to figure out if the white patches are in the entire body what is the reason behind it is it a skin related problem or some deficiency because these things are mostly associated with either dryness or skin related problems so better to have an assessment with your paediatrician once

yes I change my soap sebamed and regularly apply lotion only I'm not using powder
