my daughter is 3 yrs and 2months old she is having cold cough and fever. i gave her 5 ml meftal p syrup in morning. it's okay bcuz after reading reviews of meftal now I am worried please reply what to do this is first time I have given her

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello meftal is a higher dose of medicine and it should be given on!t incase of high fever or prescribed by your doctor otherwise just paracetamol should be sufficient enough and next on give paracetamol only and any concern then better to check with your doctor
