my daughter is 3 years 3 months she speaks few wordswhich is understandable andcspeks whole which we cannot understand is she a autistic child she does eye contact follow my instruction

Avoid screens and spend as much time with your child by telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to express and respond. If you are still concerned then consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
