the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.

if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleepging pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

Hi It looks underweight or your child is actually underweight first you have to find that out see if your child has gained a minimum of 1200 g in these three months then your child is not underweight so added to the birth weight so you’ll come to know whether your child is underweight right now it is just that what you are thinking
