Q.

my daughter is 3 months 23 days old. she passes little little motion when she farts or sneezes. This happens afternoon.

A. mostly due to gastric trouble for which you can give collicaid drops during pain and regulanrly give Bonnisan for2 times a day. burping is important ,cyclic motion of legs relieves gases
