My daughter is 3.6 She is having fever 102 i gave her paracetamol at 4 in the morning Now at 9:30 its again the same Suggests

A. A minimum of six hours is meant to be maintained so you can give it at 10 AM again as you have given at four in the morning other than that also I am going to recommend you you have to go ahead with doing cold sponge that would be good for you as of now
