Q.
my daughter is 2yrs and 6months old. She has high fever 101 and 102 from 2 days. vomiting food everytime fed and so vomiting medicine also. I have changed two doctors and paracetamol as well. first it was ibugesic plus and now sumol. I'm very much worried. what to do? it's 2am and the fever is not reducing.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 2 years old and suffering with fever and vomiting you can continue the orall paracetamol or ibugesic acidif the temperature of the baby is more than hundred degree fahrenheit along with the tepid sponging with wet cloth,as vomitings are present u need to guve oral domstal suspension, 15 min later u can give oral paracetamol, u need to loock for focus of infection if fever persisst beyond 2 days
