my daughter is 2yr5m old . two months ago her weight was 10 kg but due to stomach infection she suffered from loose motion and vomiting. her weight deceresed from 10to 9.3 kg. present tym her weight is 9.7 increasing but slowly.is there any problem pls tell me

A. that's fine and it can occurred during infections but the child will again gain weight when the child is disease free and an at that time you have to offer homemade food to the child
