A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your docttor and get ity properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...

A. hi dear mom..get her dewormed. give prescribed medication and use Babyhug medicine dropper to give medicine to baby. still if she is not gaining please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment..give her well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits.
