My daughter is 2months old. She stares at celing and smile. She gets startled when she hears sound. But she doesn't make eye contact is this a problem?

A. that is normal for the age of baby. This looks normal for the age and physiological so there is no need to worry for this. If the condition remain as such then examination can be done for further evaluation for same .
