Q.

my daughter is 2months old I am not producing breast milk. till mrng the milk came but not the milk is not coming can u suggest me the foods that produce milk

A. not producing sufficient milk.. take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick regular pumping increase milk supply you can use Babyhug electric breast pump
