My daughter is 2 yrs 15 days old. She's having little allergy type in her foot's middle and small finger. Due to this her fingers skin is getting dry .It's also itchy . My baby touches it with her hand very often. Can U please suggest some mild cream for her finger allergy or any medicine cream?? Please help!!! Thank you
