My daughter is 2 year old now. She dont like milk. She drinks only one cup of milk a day. Is it ok?

A. Yes, it's okay if your 2-year-old daughter drinks only one cup of milk a day, as long as she is getting enough calcium and nutrients from other sources. Toddlers need about 500 mg of calcium per day, which can be met through a combination of milk, curd (yogurt), cheese, paneer, tofu, leafy greens, and fortified foods like cereals or plant-based milk (if needed). Forcing milk isn’t necessary. Focus on offering a balanced diet with a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins. If her growth and energy levels are normal, one cup of milk daily is perfectly fine.
