My daughter is 2 year and 3 months old, from yesterday she is suffering from fever, we gave her adol( paracetamol) after interval of 6 hours 2 times, but after giving 5ml of adol her body temperature comes normal but after few hours again temperature goes high, she is not eating food properly compare to earlier.
