my daughter is 2.9yr old .. she eats everything roti,rice, fruits,dry fruits... but her weight is 13kg... doctor said weight must b 14... what should I do to gain her weight????

A. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help weight gain.
