My daughter is 2.5 months old, is it compulsory to feed her in every 2-3 hours in night if she sleeping also ?

A. hi mommy, baby at this age usually needs feed in every 3-4 hours and this time varies for every baby. but make sure baby doesnt remain hungry for more than 3-3.5 hrs in one go as currently they are only on mom feed and this is the only food providing them energy and water.
